Corrective Maintenance
We offer a comprehensive service to diagnose and resolve equipment anomalies whenever possible. In addition, we carry out detailed analyses and provide suggestions for preventative measures to avoid future anomalies. For the convenience of our customers, we offer remote assistance whenever possible while respecting the safety protocols in force at our customers. We also offer the option of flexible contracts with banks of hours and customized response times, adapted to the individual needs of each client.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
We carry out Preventive Maintenance actions in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, with the aim of ensuring the continued performance of your robotic equipment using original materials and qualified labor. After each intervention, we provide detailed reports indicating specific actions to ensure the equipment's continued durability. In addition, we offer the option of developing annual preventive maintenance plans, providing a proactive approach to long-term conservation and efficiency.
INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
At UsRobot, we specialize in programming integrated, basic solutions, or integrating existing platforms using reference PLCs and PLCs such as Omron, Beckhoff, Siemens and others. Frequently Asked Questions
What type of robot is best suited to my project?

Can robots work more than one shift?
Yes, robots are designed to work more than one shift and in some clients we even have some that work 3 shifts, 7 days a week. Robots are tireless and, when implemented well, have a very long life cycle. In many cases, they can even work in the dark, thus saving on your energy bill.
Are collaborative robots dangerous?
No. Collaborative robots are equipped with safety systems that allow them to work side by side with their flesh and blood colleagues. Coexistence is peaceful and if they accidentally come into contact, the robot will automatically stop in order to avoid major embarrassment.
What is the minimum/maximum weight that a robot can "pick up"?
At USRobot we work with the most renowned robot manufacturers, such as ABB, FANUC, UR, OMRON and others, which allows us to offer a range of weights from 1Kg to 300Kg or more. We are sure to have a robot to suit your project.
Do robots need special conditions to work?
No. Robots are designed to work in a wide variety of environments and there are even models capable of working in refrigerated chambers, among other equally demanding environments.
Can robots "take" everything?
Yes! At USRobot we develop grippers tailored to your product and any product, no matter how fragile or irregular, can be handled using specialized grippers and, if necessary, artificial intelligence vision.
Is a collaborative robot too expensive?
In recent years, the price of robots has fallen substantially and today, with multiple financing options available, it is an investment that can be easily recovered in 2-3 years or less.
What is the maximum load an AGV can carry?
There are several models available in our range, but typically loads of up to 1000Kg are the most requested by our customers.
Can AGVs work around people?
Yes. The AGVs developed by USRobot use state-of-the-art LIDAR sensors, among others, which guarantee a safety bubble around the AGV. In real time, the AGV reacts to the presence of humans and other obstacles, always driving safely without putting your employees or facilities in danger.
What's the difference between an AGV and an AMR?
An AGV behaves like a train and an AMR like a car. This means that when there is an obstacle, the AMR can go around it and the AGV cannot. Both have different use cases, advantages and disadvantages.
What is the maximum speed an AGV can travel on my shop floor?
Currently, the maximum speed allowed by the European Directive for AGVs is 1.5m/s.
What infrastructure do I need to have one or more AGVs?
At the points of origin/destination where the AGV will move, it is essential to have a WiFi infrastructure or private 4G/5G network through which it can communicate with the AGV and transmit orders to it.
Can AVGs cycle abroad?
No. AGVs need reference points so that their numerous sensors know the exact position of the vehicle at any given time. The absence of these external reference points severely limits their use.
How do AGVs charge and how long can they run without charging?
AGVs are equipped with high-capacity batteries which, depending on the load the AGV has to carry, can last longer or shorter. Typically, when the AGV has no work to do, it takes advantage of this "downtime" to autonomously go to the charging station or stations scattered around the facility and charge its batteries.
